Ernest Stephens II is an owner and partner with Invaluable People and a strategic advisor and executive leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change. His work spans corporate, nonprofit, and public-sector environments, where he has helped leaders strengthen financial performance, improve operations, design more effective systems, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions.

Earlier in his career, Ernest served as Corporate Chief Financial Officer for a global enterprise, helping build 12 international business units and supporting major organizational growth. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the financial discipline, operational clarity, and long-range thinking required to build organizations that can perform well and adapt over time.

In addition to his work with Invaluable People, Ernest is the Founder and CEO of Morant McLeod, where he leads engagements focused on strategy, finance, analytics, workforce planning, process improvement, and organizational transformation.

Ernest brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to his work, grounded in both executive experience and advanced doctoral training in business analytics and finance. He is particularly drawn to helping organizations create greater clarity, strengthen accountability, and build systems that support sustainable success.
