Amanda has been working in regulatory compliance for two decades, most recently as the Senior Vice President and Senior Compliance Manager for Wells Fargo.  She is recognized as a national leader in Fair Lending and UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices) and is on the American Bankers Association Compliance School Board teaching seven classes through that program.  She is an active speaker in both compliance and training, and owns her own consulting company, ALM Training and Consulting.  

In addition to her impressive compliance background, Amanda has a considerable level of marketing experience in the banking industry.  She has continued to share those skills in her own company, Vacations By Coastal Haven, where she helps her clients with website development, branding, and social media.
