Anna is a data-driven marketer that is results-oriented who leverages analytics and insights to guide decision-making. By closely monitoring key performance metrics and analyzing customer data, she identifies trends, optimize campaigns, and effectively targets the desired audience. Through this methodology, she consistently delivers measurable results, achieves and exceeds marketing objectives, and contributes to the overall growth of businesses.
Anna is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration in Business Analytics at George Fox University. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Anna’s doctoral research is dedicated to advancing the field of marketing analytics within the healthcare industry. Her work centers on exploring new dimensions and opportunities for utilizing data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies and decision-making processes. By delving into this area, Anna aims to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of marketing efforts in healthcare organizations. Her research entails investigating innovative techniques, methodologies, and frameworks that can be applied to extract meaningful information from healthcare data, ultimately driving improved marketing performance and outcomes.
Alongside her doctoral studies, Anna works in Growth Marketing and Digital Experience Analytics at Ascension Health. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy involving establishing key performance metrics, determining data collection methods, as well as develops and delivers executive-level presentations, translating complex data and technical concepts into concise and compelling narratives, enabling C-level executives to make informed data-driven decisions and gain a deeper understanding of product performance and market trends.
Anna served as the Director of Marketing at Austin Health Partners (AHP), a healthcare supergroup in Austin, and their Medical Service Organization, iPractice Healthcare Solutions where she built the Marketing Department from the ground up. Anna oversaw all internal and external communications, business development, websites, SEO, digital and print advertising, public relations including media relations, social media channels, events, and omnichannel marketing strategy from ideation to execution for all AHP organizations (8 individual business channels) and clients taken on by iPractice. Additionally, she has held marketing and management positions at Time Warner Cable Business Class (now Spectrum Business) and AT&T.
