Dan is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in client relationship management, operations and team leadership. He has demonstrated expertise in B2B sales and business development, training design and delivery, and product development, within small businesses to large corporations across various industries and geographies. He has contributed to increasing customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty, as well as generating referrals and repeat business.

Dan is driven by the mission of creating amazing customer experiences and building long-term relationships. He helped build the customer experience for a small team of sales professionals and maintained client relationships while the operation scaled more than 10x. He spearheaded the rollout of the primary product line being added to the arsenal of over 350 sales professionals, and successfully led a seamless transition as sales numbers and client experience needs increased exponentially.

Dan has experience creating award winning teams that flourish and grow through a combination of the structure and processes he puts in place and his authentic leadership style.

When Dan is not out helping clients exceed their goals and create healthy workplaces, he can be found at the coast, in the gym, driving and riding back roads all over the beautiful state of Oregon. He enjoys time with friends and family, new experiences, and loves finding great local restaurants!
