Don Jones has served banks, credit unions, businesses and non-profits for over thirty years as a local and regional banker. His extensive experience includes company ownership, lending, sales leadership, business banking and operations. His most recent role was serving as SVP, Regional Manager of a Northwest bank, and in addition to leading Invaluable People, is slated to teach at George Fox University in the Fall.

Don has served over twenty non-profits, most often as President, Treasurer or Secretary. Community Leadership has included the Chamber of Commerce, City Club, Rotary, City Commissions and Task Forces, Metro, Hospital Foundations and a University Foundation. He earned a Governor’s Award for his work with youth sports. 

He is known for the value he places on all people and the unique level of energy, breadth and depth he brings to every project.

Don is currently working on his dissertation on Employee Development for his Doctor of Business Administration. He is also writing a book on work environment, organizational behavior and results.

He lives in beautiful Oregon and loves spending time with his family and friends, running, working out and reading.
