Don Jones has served banks, credit unions, businesses and non-profits for over thirty years as a local and regional banker. His extensive experience includes lending, sales leadership, business banking and operations. His most recent role was serving as SVP, Regional Manager of a Northwest bank.

Don has served many non-profits as President, Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Community Leadership has included the Chamber of Commerce, City Club, Rotary, City Commissions and Task Forces, Metro, Hospital Foundations and a University Foundation.

Don is known for the value he places on all people and the unique level of energy, breadth and depth he brings to every project.

Don earned his MBA at George Fox University and is nearing the half-way point as he pursues his Doctor of Business Administration. He is currently researching and writing about work environment, organizational behavior and results.

He lives in beautiful Oregon and loves spending time with his family and friends, running, working out and reading.
