Suzanne has been developing leaders for over 30 years. For the past 11.5 years Suzanne has served as Vice President, District Manager for a Northwest regional bank. She worked her way up through her banking career including opening a new branch and building it into the largest in town.

As a leader of high performing teams her passion lies in putting people first, creating the ultimate healthy workplace and providing focus towards goals through aligning teams with purpose.

Suzanne is well known as a developer of people and her teams consistently lead the company in performance. She tirelessly strives to help others achieve their personal goals through consulting, teaching and coaching, resulting in unsurpassed engagement, loyalty and commitment.

Suzanne is an Executive Development Program graduate helping as a mentor and coach for hundreds of businesses and non-profits.

Her heart was forever changed while advocating for abused and neglected children in foster care. Today she continues to devote time as a volunteer as well as serve as Past President of CASA of Clackamas County. While President, the organization doubled their revenue and provided a CASA volunteer for every foster child in need.
